  1. 16oz. sour cream
  2. 8oz. cream cheese, softened
  3. 3oz. Hormel bacon pieces (found in the salad dressing aisle)
  4. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  5. Green onion, sliced

directions


  1. Beat the cream cheese in a bowl until soft and fluffy.
  2. Add in sour cream and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in bacon, cheese, and green onion.
  4. Bake in a glass dish at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
  5. Serve with Ritz/Club crackers.
